Please arrive early to avoid queues at the security check.<\/li>\n<li>All visitors must present a valid ticket (or wristband\/access pass).<\/li>\n<li>The organizer or security team may verify ticket validity and request an ID to confirm identity or age (e.g., when purchasing alcohol).<\/li>\n<li>Tickets are valid for a single entry unless otherwise stated. Re-entry may be subject to additional conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>ACCESSIBILITY \/ SPECIAL NEEDS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tallinna Lauluv\u00e4ljak provides accessible entrances and viewing areas for visitors with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Designated accessible routes will be marked on site.<\/li>\n<li>A special viewing platform is available for visitors with mobility impairments, including those using wheelchairs.<\/li>\n<li>One companion per wheelchair user may enter free of charge and must arrive together with the person they accompany.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that this is a large-scale event with heavy crowds\u2014plan your movement accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>SECURITY CHECK<\/h2>\n<p>All visitors and their belongings are subject to a security inspection (visual and\/or bag check).<br \/>\nSecurity staff may refuse entry to, or confiscate, prohibited items. Confiscated items will not be stored or returned, unless required by law.<\/p>\n<h2>PROHIBITED ITEMS<\/h2>\n<p>The following items are not allowed inside the event area:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal food or drinks (except in case of special dietary\/medical needs, to be declared to security on site).<\/li>\n<li>Alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or any illegal substances.<\/li>\n<li>Bottles (glass or plastic), cans, drink containers from outside, and large thermoses.<\/li>\n<li>Knives, sharp objects, tools or anything that could be used as a weapon.<\/li>\n<li>Firearms, imitation weapons, fireworks, explosives, or any kind of pyrotechnics.<\/li>\n<li>Open flames, candles, gas burners, grills.<\/li>\n<li>Large or metal-frame umbrellas (for safety and visibility reasons).<\/li>\n<li>Large luggage, backpacks, sports bags, folding chairs, stools, or similar seating items.<\/li>\n<li>Professional photo\/video equipment (incl. cameras with detachable lenses), drones, selfie sticks, laptops, tablets, unless approved by the organizer. Drone flying during the event is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Bicycles, e-scooters, roller skates, skateboards, etc. Bicycle parking is available at the Mere Gate.<\/li>\n<li>Pets or animals (except guide\/service dogs as allowed by law).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The organizer reserves the right to amend this list in accordance with updated safety regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>PERMITTED ITEMS \/ EXCEPTIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Small personal bags or waist bags that fit security screening and do not obstruct movement.<\/li>\n<li>Personal medication, inhalers, and other medically necessary items (subject to inspection).<\/li>\n<li>Rain ponchos and weather-appropriate clothing.<\/li>\n<li>Certified hearing protection (earplugs, earmuffs) is recommended and available on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>ENVIRONMENT AND REUSABLE CUPS<\/h2>\n<p>The event uses reusable drink cups and serving dishes in line with EU single-use plastic restrictions. Drinks are served in sturdy cups with a deposit system, refundable when the cup is returned to a bar or return point.<br \/>\nPlease return your cup or dish after use \u2014 do not take it as a souvenir. This helps keep the venue clean and supports sustainability.<br \/>\nBringing single-use plastic cups or bottles from outside is not permitted.<br \/>\nPlease dispose of waste in designated bins. Our goal is to minimize plastic waste and keep the Lauluv\u00e4ljak and surrounding park as clean as when you arrived.<\/p>\n<h2>SAFETY DURING THE EVENT<\/h2>\n<p>The area is covered by security personnel and medical stations. If you see a dangerous situation, feel unwell, or need help, contact the nearest security officer immediately.<br \/>\nPlease move calmly and respectfully within the crowd.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drone flights over or near the concert area are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only allowed in designated zones \u2014 please follow the signs.<\/li>\n<li>Alcohol is sold only in accordance with Estonian law, and only to persons aged 18+ with valid ID.<\/li>\n<li>Staff have the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.<\/li>\n<li>Heavily intoxicated persons may be removed from the venue without a ticket refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>EXIT AND END OF EVENT<\/h2>\n<p>Please exit calmly and follow staff directions.
